Situated at the heart of bustling Ealing Broadway, Monty’s is a small but expanding restaurant group which was set up in 1980 to serve fine Nepalese Cuisine of the highest standard. It was established to redefine Nepalese food, décor and service and has done just that. Another branch of Montys is at Brentford called Montys of Watermans.

The main force behind the success story of Montys is Mr. Mahanta Shrestha, owner and MD. Mr. Shrestha is a successful businessman, philanthropist and very important personality of the Nepalese Community in UK serving actively in many Nepalese Organizations. Among others he is the Executive Secretary of Britain-Nepal Chamber of Commerce and President of Non Resident Nepalese (NRN) UK committee.

Designed to make you feel as much 'at home' as possible, Montys is a modern version of the sociable and congenial homely atmosphere that represents the famous Nepalese hospitality, where a guest is the equivalent of God himself.

All dishes are prepared authentically, as in Nepalese homes, and no short cuts are taken. All spice mixes are prepared freshly and ground individually for each dish using special stone rinders from Nepal.
The main restaurant seats 70 and is also available for private entertaining. There is also an elegant Private Dining Room, seating 50 people, which is available for both parties and full day functions. Monty’s also offers its regular clientele top of the line catering, be it at their home or any other venue. With an overall capacity of accommodating up to 120 guests, Montys is able to cater for every mood and occasion. From buffet to A la Carte orders, we can tailor package to your needs. Our Chef can custom design a menu especially for your event or offer a choice from the superb range of menu, ensuring a truly unique and memorable function for your friends and family.
